Ready To Ship Orders
All returned items must be received by Trust Cozy in the original condition in which they were sent. The item must be UNWORN. If an item is returned in an unsatisfactory condition, the item will be rendered back to the sender at the senders expense.
All shipping and handling charges for exchanges will be the purchaser's responsibility. Please include tracking on returning items; we can not be held responsible for lost mail.

Refunds are not accepted; all items are custom made to order for exact sizing and color specifications. Be mindful of the sizing information provided and read CAREFULLY!
